Robert Craddock, a former Zeek Rewards affiliate, led ZTeamBiz after the SEC shut down the $600 million Ponzi scheme. Craddock and other net winners began soliciting donations from their downlines. They claimed these funds would defend all Zeek Rewards affiliates against anticipated SEC litigation.

Craddock had served as second in command of Zeek Rewards' "threatening of critics" department. The money ZTeamBiz collected from donated affiliates was initially earmarked for group legal defense. Shortly after the bulk of the money was donated, the stated purpose changed. ZTeamBiz then offered a cookie-cutter attorney letter, but at an additional cost.

The remaining funds are widely believed to have financed the personal legal defenses of the Zeek Rewards net winners who formed ZTeamBiz. In the months following the SEC shutdown, ZTeamBiz affiliates launched several legal initiatives. These actions aimed to thwart attempts to recover funds they took from fellow affiliates. Every one of these actions has failed to date.

Some of the collected money also went toward launching OfferHubb. This platform was touted as a viable Zeek Rewards replacement for disenfranchised affiliates. OfferHubb sought to resurrect Paul Burks' Ponzi points business model, replacing Zeek Rewards' penny auction front with a daily deals platform.

That was the initial plan. OfferHubb took a backseat when litigation began, filed by Zeek Rewards' top net winners. Other ZTeamBiz affiliates watched the proceedings. Once that litigation proved fruitless, and net winners faced repaying most of their Ponzi proceeds, OfferHubb resurfaced. It eventually launched a few months ago.

Nobody showed interest in Zeek Rewards v2.0 except those who profited most from v1.0. OfferHubb largely flopped.

The Zeek Rewards Receivership is pursuing clawback litigation. Offer "Zeek Rewards 2.0" Hubb continues to fail. Most non-net winners now accept Zeek Rewards was a Ponzi scheme. ZTeamBiz appears to be making a final push to convince anyone listening to follow them into "new opportunities."

Robert Craddock, writing for ZTeamBiz, published an update on October 10th titled "update on the events after Zeek Rewards." He stated, "As you know, August 16, 2012 (the day Zeek Rewards was shut-down) seems like a long time ago, and many things have happened, alleged to have happened, and honestly — just never could have happened." Craddock added, "Sadly we have seen rumors and attempts to confuse all Zeek Affiliates and separate them from their hard-earned money. Please understand that the purpose of this email is to provide you with some valuable updates and help you navigate the mountain of information (and disinformation) that."
