In 2009, Zinzino Nordic AB was acquired. This happened through a directed issue in kind to its shareholders and a rights issue Zinzino Nordic conducted in December 2009. Zinzino AB gained control of 97% of votes and 92% of capital in Zinzino Nordic AB. By December 31, 2012, the participating interest increased to 93% of capital.

The Group expanded into Estonia and Lithuania in 2011. Latvia and Iceland saw company launches in 2012. These newer subsidiaries are directly owned by Zinzino AB, a change from earlier group structures.
The Zinzino product line focuses heavily on coffee. Rombouts, founded in Antwerpen, Belgium in 1896, manufactures this coffee. Zinzino claims to be "No. 1 in Scandinavia" for its coffee. It markets three ranges: Luxury, Exclusive, and Premium.
Coffee sells in boxes of pods. Prices range from 6.75 EUR for 12 pods of Rombouts Columbia, Grande Reserve, Ristretto, Deca, Brasilia, or Ethiopia coffee. Some Premium blends, like Malongo and Rombouts, cost 8.50 EUR for 12 pods. The company also sells teas for 6-6.75 EUR per 12-pod box. Other items include beverage syrups at 7.50 EUR a bottle, chocolate-based confectionary, espresso machines ranging from 269-1020 EUR, coffee cups, and carry-bags.
The Zinzino compensation plan centers on product purchases. Volume is tracked using credits and points. Affiliates receive payouts through a binary compensation structure. All Zinzino affiliates must meet ongoing monthly commission qualification requirements.
