Jeff Pan heads Zhunrize, an e-commerce multi-level marketing platform launched in early 2013, which offers affiliates access to replicated storefronts costing up to $3000. Pan incorporated the company in early 2012, operating Zhunrize from a corporate address in Georgia, USA.
Pan's corporate biography details 24 years of experience across international trade, capital advisory, venture capital, manufacturing, sales, and network marketing. He served as General Manager of Contract Management Services, Inc., a Chesterfield, Missouri-based importing corporation, from 1993 to 1997. There, Pan improved operating efficiencies and expanded markets, growing the company into a multi-million dollar entity.
In 2005, Pan became Chief Executive Officer of Hangzhou D & A Electronics Company Limited in China. He guided the company's vision, promoted employee engagement, and oversaw growth in designing, manufacturing, and marketing mobile electronics. Before Zhunrize, he joined D & A Capital Partners, LLC, a Georgia-based capital advisory firm, in 2010. His work there focused on helping businesses in China and the USA secure seed and growth capital. No prior MLM experience for Pan was found before Zhunrize.
Zhunrize provides affiliates with a replicated e-commerce storefront called "ZhunCity." Affiliates purchase access to this platform, then stock their storefronts with products from third-party vendors. These vendors handle dropshipping directly to customers. Zhunrize manages the vendor relationships, allowing affiliates to concentrate on recruiting new members and driving sales through their individual storefronts.
Access to the Zhunrize e-commerce storefront begins at $99, with an additional $30 monthly fee. Higher tiers reach up to $3000, which includes a $100 monthly charge.
The Zhunrize compensation plan pays affiliates recruitment commissions through a unilevel structure and a 2x5 matrix. Profit-sharing and a Matching Bonus on earnings from recruited affiliates are also part of the plan.
Zhunrize pays affiliates 50% of the commission it receives from third-party vendors when a product or service sells through the Zhunrize platform. This is not 50% of the product's sale price. For example, if a vendor pays Zhunrize a 2% commission, Zhunrize keeps 1%, and the affiliate receives the other 1%.
