The Zeek Rewards Receiver publicly identified top Ponzi scheme winners in a December 11, 2013 motion. These individuals allegedly profited significantly from the fraudulent operation and have not returned funds, sixteen months after the SEC shut down the scheme.

Thousands of people lost millions of dollars in the Zeek Rewards Ponzi scheme. Many participants, despite their illegal gains, still claimed entitlement to the money after the SEC intervention.

The Receiver's third-quarter report, filed October 31, 2013, estimated net winner Affiliate-Investors received over $283 million in fraudulent transfers from the Receivership Defendant. The Receiver's litigation team continued to evaluate cost-effective methods for pursuing these claims.

Clawback litigation was expected to combine individual, group, and defendant class actions, along with other court-approved dispute resolutions. These proceedings would establish key findings for most recipients of the fraudulently transferred funds, such as the scheme's nature as a Ponzi.

The Receiver stated that the first clawback claims were imminent. A lawsuit against multiple named defendants and a class of net winners would be filed during the fourth quarter of 2013.

On December 11, 2013, the Zeek Receiver filed a motion for "leave to file actions and setting of initial conference." This motion named the top Zeek Ponzi winners still holding their illicit gains.

The named individuals include Paul R. Burks, Dawn Wright-Olivares, Daniel Olivares, Roger Plyler, Alexandre De Brantes, Darryle Douglas, Todd Disner (as himself and as trustee of Kestrel Spendthrift Trust), Trudy Gilmond, Trudy Gilmond LLC, Jerry Napier, Darren Miller, Rhonda Gates, David Sorrells, Innovation Marketing LLC, Aaron Andrews, Shara Andrews, Global Internet Formula Inc., T LeMont Silver, Karen Silver, Michael Van Leeuwen, Durant Brockett, David Kettner and Mary Kettner.

Additional Ponzi winners, who earned less than those specifically named, were collectively included under the defendant title "a Defendant Class of net-winners in ZeekRewards.com." The list included Zeek Rewards executive management names, such as Paul R. Burks. Robert Craddock and Keith Laggos were notably absent from this list.
