Paul Burks, CEO of Rex Venture Group LLC, led Zeek Rewards, an affiliate marketing company tied to the Zeekler penny auction site. The firm offered income opportunities through its unique bid pack sales model.

Rex Venture Group LLC owns both Zeek Rewards and Zeekler. Lighthouse America US lists Rex Venture Group as a subsidiary. Burks previously operated "Free Store Club," a defunct multi-level marketing venture.

Free Store Club functioned as a replicated storefront system. Members bought into the storefronts, stocked them with products, and earned commissions on sales through an MLM compensation structure.

Zeekler appears to be a continuation of the Free Store Club model. Burks provided products for Zeekler's auctions, likely using the same wholesale channels from his earlier venture.

Zeek Rewards members could retail various products offered on Zeekler. This happened either through commissions on bids made through Zeekler or by operating a replicated Zeekler storefront. Membership options, based on monthly subscription payments, determined inventory choices for the stores. Members also had the option to add their own products.

The primary product sold by Zeek Rewards affiliates was bid pack purchases. Members earned a commission on these sales. Each bid had an internal value of 65 cents within the Zeekler system.

Penny auctions typically begin at $0.01. Members place bids, usually raising the price by $0.01 to $0.08 per bid. Each auction includes a timer, which resets to about 30 seconds every time a new bid is placed. A winner is declared when the timer runs out and no new bids come in.
