Kenneth Bell, the Zeek Rewards Receiver, announced in October 2013 that the first clawback claims were imminent. A lawsuit against multiple named defendants and a class of net winners would be filed during the fourth quarter of that year.

With top Zeek Rewards net winners facing pending clawback litigation, many began working to hide assets and funds from the Receiver. The full extent of how these profiteers would avoid paying back stolen money remained unclear.

However, a MoneyMakerGroup forum member, "HerculesUnchained," offered some insight into these efforts. HerculesUnchained sought to join the MLM opportunity DS Domination and posted a request for others to contact the CEO on his behalf.

"I need for you to inquire since I do not have access to the CEO," he wrote. He described DS Domination as a potential "good replacement for Zeek" without government attack risk. He specifically asked if a person could sign up using a company as the member, not his own name.

"I may soon have an unjust lawsuit against me," he claimed. He believed using a company would "legally protect the membership I have with DSD and the profits I get from DS Domination," since a company acts as a separate legal "person." The profits earned by that company, he argued, could not be "easily attacked after the unjust lawsuit is issued against me."

HerculesUnchained added, "If the admin allows members to sign up using a company then I will respect him for that since he is thinking of the welfare of the membership and not just the profits." He warned that if not allowed, "the admin will be forcing me to be exposed to possibly losing the profits I will be forced to personally earn through DSD because of that unjust lawsuit that may soon come my way." He stressed the need "to PROTECT OURSELVES LEGALLY by SIGNING UP with DSD LEGALLY THROUGH A COMPANY that we own."

He also asked if a check payment option was available. "I would prefer that the profits which are generated to my company be issued through a check that is sent to my company," he specified.

HerculesUnchained's "unjust lawsuit" clearly referred to the pending clawback actions Kenneth Bell mentioned. He evidently considered being forced to return money from a Ponzi scheme "unjust."
