John de Vries, identified as Xseed's CEO on the company's Facebook page, leads an operation offering scant details on its official website. The Xseed domain, xseedhealth.com, registered on June 12, 2013, keeps its ownership private, revealing no business information beyond pre-enrollment options and marketing videos.

Marketing videos from Xseed Media indicate the company is in prelaunch, with an expected public launch in January 2014. An Xseed affiliate, Jason Lyons, presented an office building in Las Vegas, Nevada, as Xseed's "worldwide headquarters" in one video.

Prior to Xseed, John de Vries, also known as John Devries in official company documents, served as the initial master distributor for Nutrie. Documents list him as Xseed's Director, Secretary, President, and Treasurer. Nutrie operates in the health and nutrition multi-level marketing (MLM) sector, having officially launched earlier this year.

De Vries' career history includes a range of ventures before Nutrie. He served as CEO of Crust Gourmet Pizza Bar, where he was credited with developing a profitable unit franchise system. Before Crust Gourmet Pizza Bar, he was President of Extreme Investment Group. In this role, de Vries provided consulting for company turnarounds, developed business plans, and raised capital for startups or refinancing efforts. His clients spanned quick service restaurants, payroll companies, real estate firms, and cosmetic companies.

He also worked as a distributor with Monavie, where he achieved rapid growth. De Vries became the fastest-growing distributor in Monavie's history, reportedly breaking records for growth, volume, and rank.

The Xseed website currently offers no information about its products. Details emerge from affiliate marketing efforts, which indicate Xseed plans to operate in the health and nutrition MLM niche, mirroring Nutrie and Monavie.

Xseed Health lists six products. These include a meal replacement shake, a super greens supplement, an AOX antioxidant and multivitamin, a slender weight management product, nutritional bars, and an energy supplement. The company name suggests a seed-based ingredient is central to its offerings.

The reasons behind de Vries' departure from both Monavie and his master distributor role at Nutrie have not been publicly clarified.
