Xseed Health launched in January 2014, six months after a pre-launch period that offered little detail on its cost structure or compensation plan. The company signed up affiliates before providing basic information on how they would get paid. Daily Exposed first reviewed the company during this initial phase.
John de Vries serves as Xseed Health's CEO. His corporate bio on the company website highlights over thirty years of experience developing brands and building systems for various business models. It details his ability to create direct sales programs, financial models, marketing plans, and research and development for product analysis.
The company's official biography for de Vries focuses on his consulting work and background in the food industry. It mentions his past as a Subway franchisee in 1987. The bio does not disclose his experience as a master distributor for the MLM company Nutrie or his role as a top-distributor with Monavie.
Xseed Health's product line includes six items. AOX Complete, an antioxidant and multivitamin, costs $49.99 for a month's supply. Fresh, a "supergreens" product, is $49.99 for a 28-day supply. Infuse, marketed as a "complete nutritional meal," sells for $89.99 per month. Slender, for weight management, costs $99.99 for a 28-day supply. Xbites, described as a "nutritional snack," is priced at $54.99 for six 5oz bags. Xtreme, an energy drink supplement, costs $89.99 for 24 cans.
The Xseed compensation plan combines binary and unilevel structures. Binary commissions are paid weekly, while unilevel commissions are paid monthly. The plan also includes additional bonuses for retail sales and affiliate recruitment.
Retail commissions vary by product. Selling AOX Complete or Fresh earns $12.50. Infuse and Xtreme sales each yield $22.50. Slender sales bring in $25, and Xbites sales generate $13.75. An extra bonus is paid for every three retail customers who order in a given month. This bonus is $10 for 20 Product Volume (PV), $25 for 50 PV, and $50 for 100 PV or more. This bonus is paid once per month, applicable to either the first three retail customers or qualified recruited affiliates.
Recruitment commissions are paid when a new Xseed Health affiliate buys a "Jump Start Pack." There are three pack levels. The "Little League" pack pays the recruiting affiliate $35, their upline $21, and the upline's upline $14. The "Minor League" pack pays the recruiter $50, their upline $30, and the upline's upline $20. The "Major League" pack pays the recruiter $65, their upline $39, and the upline's upline $26.
An additional bonus is available for affiliates who recruit three or more new affiliates in a month. This bonus depends on the Jump Start Packs purchased by the new recruits. It is $50 for Little League packs, $75 for Minor League packs, and $100 for Major League packs. If recruited affiliates purchase different packs, the bonus is paid based on the lowest-level pack. This bonus is a one-time payment and is paid out once a month. It applies to either the first three retail customers or qualified recruited affiliates.
The Xseed compensation plan includes sixteen affiliate membership ranks. An Executive is any signed-up Xseed affiliate. An Active Executive must generate 75 PV monthly. A Regional Executive needs 75 PV per month, three recruited affiliates, and 300 Group Volume (GV) in their downline. A National Executive requires 75 PV monthly, three recruited affiliates, and 1000 GV. Presidential Executives must generate 75 PV monthly, recruit three affiliates, and have 2500 GV.
