Worldwide Solutionz promises investors a 160% return on a $25 investment over 90 days. The company, which operates under a charitable pretense, tells affiliates they "don't have to do anything at all to earn this or make it happen." This claim echoes past schemes that have faced regulatory scrutiny over opaque payout sources.

Zeek Rewards, a previous operation, offered affiliates a 125% return over 90 days. Its founder, Paul Burks, maintained that the method for generating these returns was "proprietary information." The Securities and Exchange Commission later shut down Zeek Rewards, identifying it as a Ponzi scheme exceeding $600 million.

The SEC found that about 98% of Zeek Rewards' total revenues, including "net profits" paid to investors, came from funds contributed by new investors. Burks alone determined the "net profits" to share and arbitrarily set the daily dividend rate. This gave investors a false impression of profitability. Burks simply directed the system to use new affiliate money to pay existing investors.

Worldwide Solutionz accepts $25 investments from affiliates. The company states, "Just purchase, relax, enjoy, rinse and repeat." Worldwide Solutionz uses iPayout, a US-based payment processor, for affiliate transactions. It is unclear if the company has registered its securities offering with the SEC.

Investors have questioned the source of Worldwide Solutionz's promised returns. The company has offered a general list of alleged business sectors it claims to be involved in. When asked directly on March 15th, "Dollar for dollar, if I dumped $25 into your lap tomorrow where does it go and how would it turn into $40 12 weeks later?", company owner "Marelize" provided no answer.

Following this inquiry, Marelize began advising affiliate investors on how to handle negative reviews. She instructed them to "tell us about any negative reviews and comments regarding WWSz." She added, "Please do not attack the reviewers or attempt to defend, as this opens up marketing opportunities for people to abuse our good record in order to draw attention to themselves for their own purposes." Marelize also advised, "Regarding people who are distrusting or worried – just give them space and leave."
