The SEC
filed suit against Le and Luu
in California in October 2025. Through Win On Wealth, Le and Luu (right) are accused of misappropriating around $7.4 million.
Le and Luu (right) consented to judgments, stipulations for which were filed on February 10th. Later that same day the court entered judgment against both defendants.
As per the terms of their respective settlements, Le and Luu are prohibited from committing further violations of the Securities and Exchange Act. This includes acts of fraud and making untrue statements.
Disgorgement and/or a civil penalty is to be determined at a later date, pending a motion from the SEC.
Parallel criminal proceedings against Le and Luu are ongoing.
