Dillon Kreider, whose email address appears on administrative communications for Webokane, operates a monthly membership program offering e-books and seminars. The Webokane website, registered privately on June 7th, 2016, provides no public information about its ownership or management. This venture follows Kreider's previous scheme, Trader Agency, which collapsed in 2015.

Kreider first gained attention in 2015 as the CEO and founder of Trader Agency. That operation functioned as a $100 per position pyramid scheme, launching mid-year and failing by the end of 2015. The Trader Agency website now redirects directly to Webokane's domain, linking the two ventures.

Webokane offers no retailable products or services to the general public. Affiliates can only market Webokane membership itself. Membership grants access to a library of Private Label Rights (PLR) e-books and promises "exclusive monthly seminars." PLR content typically consists of generic, pre-written material that can be rebranded, often holding little unique value.

The Webokane compensation plan requires affiliates to purchase either a Silver or Gold membership. Commissions are then paid for recruiting others to do the same. Silver membership costs $35 each month. Commissions for Silver sales are structured through a 2x3 matrix. This matrix places the recruiting affiliate at the top. Two positions sit directly below them, forming the first level. These two positions each branch into two more, creating four positions on the second level. The third level similarly expands to eight positions, for a total of fourteen spots in the matrix.

Positions within the Silver matrix fill through both direct and indirect recruitment of new Silver Webokane affiliates. Commissions are paid out as these positions are filled: $1 per affiliate recruited on level one (two positions), $8.75 per affiliate on level two (four positions), and $19 per affiliate on level three (eight positions). This structure means earnings depend entirely on the continuous influx of new paying members into the downline.

Gold membership carries a monthly fee of $150. When a Gold affiliate directly recruits a new Gold member, they receive a $20 direct recruitment commission. Residual recruitment commissions for Gold membership sales are distributed through a larger 2x13 matrix. This matrix functions similarly to the 2x3 structure but extends down thirteen levels, with each level containing twice as many positions as the one above it.

Commissions for the Gold matrix are distributed across its thirteen levels. Affiliates receive $2 per recruitment for positions filled on levels one through four. The payout increases to $40 per recruitment on level five, then drops to $20 on level six, $10 on level seven, and $5 on level eight. Levels nine through eleven pay $10 per recruitment, and the final levels, twelve and thirteen, each pay $5 per recruitment.

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) defines pyramid schemes as programs that promise participants compensation primarily for recruiting other people into the program, rather than for sales of products or services to actual consumers. Such schemes are illegal in the United States and can result in significant financial losses for most participants. The structure of Webokane's compensation, relying solely on recruitment fees for membership, aligns with these characteristics. Consumers who believe they have been victims of a pyramid scheme can report it to the FTC at ReportFraud.ftc.gov.
