Danny Cianciulli launched Wealth4AllTeam in November 2011, marketing it as an MLM opportunity with a 10-day return on investment. Cianciulli serves as CEO for the company. He previously built a downline using the Wealth4AllTeam brand since approximately 2010.

Cianciulli's past involvement includes several multi-level marketing ventures. He participated in ROI Unlimited, a recruitment-based travel scam. Another scheme, "The Endless $60 Miracle Money Maker," operated as a free trial offer through zipnadazilch.com, encouraging sign-ups followed by cancellations.

Wealth4AllTeam offers no retailable products or services. Members instead purchase "training & advertising packages" (TAPs). Each investment includes advertising tools and a training module.

The advertising credits are for use on the Wealth4AllTeam social network, which integrates with Facebook accounts. No further details about the training packages are available, beyond the company’s description of them as "a non commissionable requirement for compliance."

The Wealth4AllTeam compensation plan centers on members investing in these TAPs. There are twelve TAP investment groups, numbered TAP 1 to TAP 12. Each group contains 12 levels, such as TAP 1.1 through TAP 1.12. Once a member reaches TAP 12.12, the system cycles back, starting again from TAP 13.1.

Each TAP investment group has a set purchase price. TAP 1 costs $16, with a total investment of $192 for all 12 levels in that group. TAP 2 costs $32 ($384 total), TAP 3 is $64 ($768 total), TAP 4 is $128 ($1536 total), and TAP 5 is $192 ($2304 total). From TAP 6 onward, the investment amounts recycle, with TAP 6 costing $16, TAP 7 costing $32, and so on.

Members begin by investing $16 at TAP 1.1. They can purchase an unlimited number of TAPs, progressing from TAP 1.1 through 1.12. Each individual investment matures over a 10-day period, after which Wealth4AllTeam pays out a return on the initial investment.
