Paul Skulitz confirmed his ownership of Wealth Creation Alliance on September 8, 2012, despite the company's website offering no public details about its operators. The domain, 'wcarev.com', registered privately on August 19, 2012, obscures the identities behind the operation.

The server hosting Wealth Creation Alliance also houses several other multi-level marketing (MLM) opportunities. These include Mega 2x2, launched in February 2010, and Prosperity 3x2, which began in May 2010. Both are recruitment-driven matrix programs.

Other schemes on the same server include Mega Money Maker 3, a defunct recruitment model from mid-2010 with a $60 signup and $20 monthly fee. Leverage 2 Prosperity, a $10 matrix opportunity, launched in February 2011. Straight Line Autobuilder, a $30 recruitment scheme, appeared in July 2011. Super 2x2, a $10 monthly recruitment program, started in December 2011, followed by Leverage 2 Prosperity 2, a $50 matrix opportunity, that same month.

Rob Nunes and Paul Skulitz are credited with owning Mega 2x2 and Prosperity 3x2. Skulitz alone is linked to Leverage to Prosperity, Straight Line Autobuilder, and Super 2x2. His previous MLM venture, Biz Power Extreme, launched in January 2012, also focused on recruitment with a $29.95 to $39.95 entry fee.

Skulitz's confirmation in a comment on September 8, 2012, ended speculation about Wealth Creation Alliance's leadership. He stated that Nunes "is not part of this (WCA) and will not be part of it." The decision to not disclose ownership on the company's public site remains unexplained.

Wealth Creation Alliance offers no retailable products or services. The company website tells potential members that "ANYONE can profit with this business model, WITHOUT SELLING ANYTHING."

The Wealth Creation Alliance compensation plan operates on a micro scale. Members join for free and then make $2 investments. The company pays a daily return on investment (ROI). Each investment matures once the ROI reaches $3.25.

Of this $3.25 return, 65% must be reinvested, leaving members to withdraw only from the remaining 35%. Each investor can place a maximum of $10,000.
