Joel Santiago, identified as the CEO and President of Volishon, has a history with several recruitment-driven ventures, including Pro Travel Plus and RE247365. Volishon, presenting itself as a new company with a Georgia address, lists Joseph Otis, Daniella Le Roux, and Sankie Beukes as partners.
Santiago’s YouTube channel showcases marketing materials dating back to 2013 for various opportunities. Among these, Pro Travel Plus and RE247365 are most relevant to Volishon. RE247365, a travel recruitment scheme costing $39.95 monthly, launched in September 2014 and collapsed by December amid allegations of over half a million dollars in fraud.
Pro Travel Plus, another travel-themed recruitment effort, launched in April. Information received suggests Pro Travel Plus faltered after an affiliate trip in early October. Reports indicate issues with booking reservations, leading the company to cover lodging at a lesser hotel. Dissatisfaction among affiliates followed, with Charles Vest departing for HopRocket and Seth Fraser disappearing from public view. Ben Glinsky is reportedly the owner of Pro Travel Plus, and the travel portal’s access fee was allegedly not paid in December.
A video from a Pro Travel Plus affiliate addressed the Cabo San Lucas incident. At the time of this report, the Pro Travel Plus website functions primarily as a sign-up form. Alexa statistics show a typical recruitment scheme pattern: an initial surge in interest followed by a steep decline, indicating a collapse.
This aligns with information from a recent Volishon webinar featuring Santiago and Otis. During the webinar, Otis discussed a purported email sent to Pro Travel Plus affiliates stating the owner failed to pay bills, leading to the portal’s closure. Santiago and Otis are linked to a new venture, Pro Travel Plus Vacations. Otis dismissed claims about this new entity as "absolutely false," identifying Lee Freidman as the individual behind the email and the previous travel provider for Pro Travel Plus.
