After learning Velovita had acquired Jeunesse Global, I originally intended to publish a completely updated review.

That was on the assumption that Jeunesse Global would continue on as its own MLM opportunity.

Turns out that in acquiring Jeunesse, Velovita has merged what was left of the company with their existing offering.

Simply put, Jeunesse as it existed under co-founders Randy Ray and Wendy Lewis, and then LaCore Enterprises, doesn’t exist anymore.

Co-founders Ray and Lewis owned and run Jeunesse from launch back in 2009. Due to a combination of age and financial difficulty, the couple
sold Jeunesse to LaCore Enterprises
in January 2023.

As with Velovita’s acquisition, I intended to publish an updated Jeunesse review after the transitional period. Under LaCore Enterprises however, nothing happened with Jeunesse worth covering.

This brings us the announcement Velovita had acquired “certain assets” of Jeunesse in November 2024.

Funnily enough there’s no official announcement regarding the acquisition from Velovita. Velovita promoters are framing it as an acquisition of Jeunesse Latin America:

An official email sent out by Jeunesse last month however doesn’t make this distinction:

Regardless of whether Velovita has just acquired Jeunesse’s rights for Latin America, the acquisition includes Jeunesse’s online presence (websites and social media accounts) and product catalog.

A visit to Jeunesse’s original website domain now redirects to a separate Jeunesse section on Velovita’s website.

And, as far as I can tell, Jeunesse now operates under
Velovita’s compensation plan

I’m not sure what’s up with the ambiguity but at least on appearance, it appears any distinction between Velovia only acquiring Jeunesse latin America and the entire company is superficial.

For their part LaCore Enterprises is conspicuously absent from any of the Velovita acquisition marketing. Ditto Kevin Giguere and Pamela McKinney, who were appointed Jeunesse’s Directors after the LaCore Enterprises acquisition.

It should be noted that Giguere and McKinney have been accused of
stealing tens of millions from Jeunesse co-founder Randy Ray
.

Ray also names Jennifer Luce as a defendant, accusing her of abusing her executive position at Jeunesse to manipulate compensation payouts.

Jennifer Luce also participated in the scheme by adding unearned points to the Network Defendants and was compensated by Kingpin Defendant Kevin Giguere directly for doing so.

Jennifer Luce also assisted the Kingpin Defendants’ efforts to avoid legal liability for their Point Scheme once the Kingpin Defendants believed the Point Scheme was uncovered by notarizing sham releases for improper payments to the Network Defendants.

Luce now appears on Velovita’s website as its Chief Operating Officer.

Pending an updated Velovita review at some point if the need arises, we’ll probably otherwise leave Velovita’s Jeunesse acquisition there.
