Charles Morgan, founder and CEO of United Success Network, presented the company as a pathway to significant financial gain. However, a review of the company’s operations reveals a scheme structured to enrich early participants at the expense of later ones, a hallmark of Ponzi cyclers. The company lacks any verifiable products or services, with membership solely based on purchasing positions within a matrix system.

The domain for United Success Network was registered privately in January 2016. Despite this, the company’s logo falsely suggests an establishment date of 2008. Marketing materials, including videos hosted on YouTube under the channel "itsme1984rich," feature Morgan discussing the company. In a December 14th, 2018 video titled “USN LAS VEGAS,” Morgan identified himself as the founder and CEO. His prior involvement in the multi-level marketing industry is not readily apparent, suggesting United Success Network may be his first executive role in such a venture.

United Success Network operates without offering any retailable products or services. Affiliates can only market United Success Network affiliate membership itself. The compensation structure relies entirely on affiliates purchasing positions within a five-tier, 2×3 matrix cycler.

In this matrix system, an affiliate occupies the top position. Two positions are directly below, forming the first level. The second level contains four positions, and the third level has eight positions, totaling fourteen positions in each matrix. New positions are filled by subsequent purchases from directly and indirectly recruited affiliates.

Upon completion of all fourteen positions in a matrix, an affiliate earns a commission and their position “cycles” into the next matrix tier. The commission structure across the five tiers is as follows: Matrix 1 ($50 purchase) yields a $400 commission, generates a new Matrix 1 position, and cycles into Matrix 2, with $100 effectively forfeited. Matrix 2 offers an $800 commission, generates a new Matrix 2 position, and cycles into Matrix 3, forfeiting $250. Matrix 3 pays $2000, generates a new Matrix 3 position, and cycles into Matrix 4, forfeiting $500. Matrix 4 provides a $4000 commission, generates a new Matrix 4 position, and cycles into Matrix 5, forfeiting $1000. Finally, Matrix 5 awards an $8000 commission and generates a new Matrix 5 position.

To qualify for these commissions, each United Success Network affiliate must personally recruit two affiliates who have each invested $50. Affiliate membership requires purchasing at least one $50 cycler position. The scheme presents itself as a donation and crowdfunding platform. However, legitimate donation-based crowdfunding does not mandate deposits as a prerequisite for receiving funds.
