Uneeqlee, a company focused on text message advertising, began operations in August 2013. Its domain registration lists a Colorado base in the United States. Seth Fraser serves as the founder and CEO.
Fraser previously led Freebie Force, an MLM opportunity launched in 2007. This venture offered affiliates access to "free stuff" deals for a monthly fee, compensating them for recruiting new members. By 2010, Freebie Force had collapsed. Fraser sold the affiliate list to LiveSmart 360 and departed seven months after that merger.
Convinced the "free stuff" MLM model remained viable, Fraser returned with That Free Thing in early 2011. Again, affiliates paid a monthly membership for deals and earned money for recruitment. The company eventually failed like its predecessor. Affiliate membership declined sharply after launch, dropping 25% between August and November 2011. Today, That Free Thing no longer charges membership fees. The site now features heavy advertising and appears to have abandoned its MLM income opportunity structure entirely. Fraser has stated in a Uneeqlee marketing video that the company's idea had "been in development for two and a half years."
Uneeqlee offers no distinct retail products or services. Affiliates market and sell only membership to the company itself. Membership bundles include text message advertising credits. These credits allow users to send messages to opt-in recipients.
The Basic Pack costs $19.95 monthly for 100 text messages. The Bonus Pack provides 1000 messages monthly for $59.95. A Premier Pack offers 4000 messages each month at a cost of $199.95.
The Uneeqlee compensation plan centers on recruiting new affiliates. It pays both upfront and residual commissions through a 3x10 matrix structure.
Five affiliate membership ranks exist within the plan. Emerald rank requires personally recruiting 5 affiliates or signing up for the Basic Pack at $59.95 per month. Gold rank needs 10 personal recruits or a Premier Pack subscription at $199.95 monthly. Platinum affiliates must personally recruit 25 people and have a total downline of 400 affiliates. Diamond rank requires 50 personal recruits, with at least three of these being Platinum ranked. Crown Diamond status is achieved by personally recruiting 50 affiliates, where at least three are Diamond ranked. The compensation plan also includes a Fast Start Bonus for the recruitment of new Uneeqlee affiliates.
