U-Mind Space provide no information on their website about who owns or runs the business.

The U-Mind Space website domain (“u-mind.space”) was registered on August 9th, 2016. Kevin Lee (right) is listed as the owner, with an address in the US state of California also provided.

The address featured on the domain differs from the Californian address provided on the U-Mind Space website.

The domain address is a residential property in La Canada. The website address belongs to Regus and is virtual in nature.

Further research reveals the U-Mind Space domain address appears to belong to Lee (family home).

Owing to the generic nature of Lee’s name and language barriers (Lee is fluent in Korean), I was unable to put together an MLM history.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

U-Mind Space Products

U-Mind Space has no retailable products or services, with affiliates only able to market U-Mind Space affiliate membership itself.

Bundled with U-Mind Space affiliate membership is access to a bitcoin based e-commerce mobile app.

The app also has various social communication features.

The U-Mind Space Compensation Plan

U-Mind Space affiliates sign up and pay a fee. Commissions are paid when they recruit others who do the same.

In total there are three U-Mind Space affiliate membership options to choose from:

U-Mind Royal – $2000

U-Mind Noble – $1000 plus $100 a month

U-Mind Prestige – $10 a month

Residual Recruitment Commissions (binary)

A binary compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a binary team, split into two sides (left and right):

The first level of the binary team houses two positions. The second level of the binary team is generated by splitting these first two positions into another two positions each (4 positions).

Subsequent levels of the binary team are generated as required, with each new level housing twice as many positions as the previous level.

Positions in the binary team are filled via direct and indirect recruitment of affiliates. Note that there is no limit to how deep a binary team can grow.

At the end of each day, U-Mind Space tally up new affiliate fee volume on both sides of the binary team.

An affiliate is paid 20% of matched volume, with unmatched volume on the stronger side carried over for the next day.

Residual Recruitment Commissions (unilevel)

A unilevel compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them (level 1):

If any level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.

If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.

Commissions are paid at a rate of 1% of affiliate fees paid by affiliates recruited into the unilevel team.

🤖 Quick Answer

Who owns and operates U-Mind Space?
Kevin Lee is listed as the domain owner of u-mind.space, registered August 9th, 2016. However, the company provides minimal ownership information on its website. Lee maintains a residential address in La Cañada, California, while the business website address is registered through Regus, a virtual office provider.

What discrepancies exist in U-Mind Space's address information?
The domain registration lists a residential property in La Cañada as the address, whereas the official U-Mind Space website provides a different Californian address associated with Regus virtual office services. This inconsistency between residential and business address locations raises questions about operational transparency.

What information is available regarding Kevin Lee's MLM history?
Limited MLM history information could be compiled due to the generic nature of the name Lee and language barriers, as Lee demonstrates fluency in Korean.
