Questions about the ownership of Triple Match arose after its website was found to share a server with Global One's iGoBidWin and iPayFire operations. The triplematch.me domain, registered February 11, 2013, uses private registration, obscuring its proprietors.
The Triple Match website itself provides no information about who owns or runs the business. Its privacy policy references "TripleMatch, Inc. and/or BitIncome, Inc." and lists several domains: triplematch.me, triplematch.com, bitincome.me, and bitincome.com. All these domains are privately registered. Most were non-operational at the time of publication, with only triplematch.me active.
The shared hosting server between all four Triple Match and BitIncome domains and Global One's websites prompted inquiries. James Hill subsequently contacted the publication, stating he is the sole owner of Triple Match. He explained his preference for privacy as the reason for private domain registrations.
"I am the sole owner. I have been very open about that on my calls with leaders," Hill stated. He maintained that Global One's owner and staff are unaware of Triple Match and BitIncome. "They have nothing to do with our program. Absolutely nothing! There is NO connection, what so ever." Hill also disputed the server's privacy status, calling it "simply a shared server." He added that his developer confirmed Global One had downgraded its servers, and his program "is certainly not ready for a dedicated server."
Triple Match offers vague details about its product line. The company's marketing copy mentions an "amazing Internet eWallet" with a $1 transfer fee and a "great bidding program." No specific product information is available on the site.
The company states it withholds product websites to prevent potential members from bypassing the Triple Match opportunity. "We know you want more information about the products and we want to show you," the site reads. "We also know, if we showed you the product websites now, you would get so excited, you would join them on the spot. This would bypass us and our opportunity. That would be a BIG mistake." This approach leaves the exact nature of any tangible, stand-alone products unclear.
James Hill asserted his attorney would "verify that there is no association with TripleMatch/BitIncome and GlobalOne, its owner, nor any of its company staff."
