Trideci's website, trideci.com, provides no public information on who owns or operates the business. The domain was registered on June 13, 2010, but its registration details remain private, obscuring the identities of its founders.
The company offers no retailable products or services. Affiliates join Trideci and purchase positions within its compensation plan components.
Trideci's compensation plan splits into two main parts: investment returns and matrix commissions.
Affiliates invest $10, $30, or $100. A $10 investment promises a 200% return, $30 yields 250%, and $100 offers 300%. Trideci caps these returns at 100 days, paying either the guaranteed ROI or whatever amount is available within that timeframe. If new investments cease, affiliates receive no payouts over the 100 days.
Matrix commissions center on affiliates buying positions in a 3x2 matrix. An affiliate sits at the top with three positions directly beneath them, forming level one. Three more positions beneath those form level two.
These matrix positions fill through purchases by the affiliate or other Trideci affiliates. Once a matrix is full, the affiliate at the top "cycles out" and receives a commission.
Upon cycling out for the first time, and every odd cycle thereafter, an affiliate receives five times the position fee. They are also re-entered into two existing matrices at the same level.
When an affiliate cycles out for the second time, and every even cycle thereafter, they receive twice the position fee. They then enter a new matrix at the next level.
Trideci operates six matrix levels. The first matrix costs $10, paying $20 for an even cycle and $50 for an odd cycle. Matrix 2 costs $50, with payouts of $100 (even) and $250 (odd). Matrix 3 has a $250 fee, returning $500 (even) and $1250 (odd).
Matrix 4 requires an $1125 fee, yielding $2500 (even) and $6250 (odd). Matrix 5 costs $6,250, with payouts of $12,500 (even) and $31,250 (odd). The final Matrix 6 demands a $15,357.50 fee, paying $30,715 for an even cycle and $156,250 for an odd cycle.
An activity bonus goes to an affiliate's direct upline, equaling 10% of the position fee paid. This 10% distributes among the upline, with 1% going to each of up to ten recruitment levels. This bonus does not apply to free positions given when an affiliate cycles.
A matching bonus also pays 10% of the position fee. This bonus goes to the upline of the affiliate who cycles, regardless of whether the position was paid or free. The structure relies entirely on new money flowing into the system from new participants.
