Liga Insurance has officially denied that TLC Trading holds any insurance policy covering cryptocurrency investments. This directly contradicts claims made by the company’s actor CEO, Armen Sargasyan, who asserted in a video last month that all investor funds were insured by what he called Armenia’s largest insurance provider. Sargasyan stated that if the company went bankrupt, investors would receive their money back.

BehindMLM has reviewed email correspondence from Liga Insurance that refutes Sargasyan’s assertions. A representative from Liga Insurance’s Liabilities and Financial Risks department stated that while a contract exists with TLC Trading, the policy does not extend to cryptocurrency-related activities. The email explicitly says, "The mentioned company does not have any insurance at our company in respect of cryptocurrencies and invested capital."

Furthermore, the same Liga Insurance representative indicated that TLC Trading’s policy had already been terminated. The official statement from the insurer declared, "The mentioned statements are all false. Liga Insurance company has not insured any of TLC’s funds nor capital nor investment of any kind." The representative clarified that TLC Trading previously held a products liability insurance policy, but this covered only beer importing activities and has since expired. Therefore, the company currently possesses no active liability insurance.

ScamTelegraph previously noted that product liability insurance is designed to protect companies when a physical product causes harm or damage to a third party. While investments can be insured, such policies are not typically secured through product liability coverage.

Following Liga Insurance’s confirmation of TLC Trading's misrepresentations, the company has made the insurance claim video private. Instead of acknowledging the discrepancy, TLC Trading has accused investors and competitors of launching an "organized bot attack" and a "disinformation campaign" to spread false emails. The company claims these fabricated messages falsely state they lack insurance and that their policy only covers beer imports.

TLC Trading insists it has a valid non-disclosure agreement with Liga Insurance and that official information can only be obtained through a specific email address. The company urged vigilance, warning that these alleged attacks are intensifying.
