Johnny Ganoza, identified by affiliates as the administrator, launched The PLR System, a cash gifting matrix cycler, with a privately registered domain on October 13, 2015. The official website provides no ownership details, and the domain registration is set to private.

Ganoza's Facebook profile contains posts tracking the company's status. His voice also appears in several YouTube marketing videos for The PLR System, which feature his personal affiliate link in their descriptions.

Ganoza first gained attention as the administrator of Xtreme Pro System, a straight-line cycler scheme. This scheme launched in late 2014, promising affiliates a $300 return on a $45 investment.

The US Securities and Exchange Commission shut down Achieve Community in February 2015. Achieve Community operated as a similar matrix cycler Ponzi scheme. Ganoza announced a week later that Xtreme Pro System would abandon its cycler model. This decision effectively ended the scheme.

Before Xtreme Pro System, Ganoza launched Average Joe Profit System in mid-2015. That scheme offered $202,500 returns on $5 investments. He then started PowerPost Profits in September 2015, a hybrid gifting recruitment scheme. Alexa traffic data suggests PowerPost Profits collapsed shortly after its launch.

The PLR System offers no retail products or services. Affiliates market only the membership itself. Signing up allows members to purchase positions in the compensation plan. These positions qualify an affiliate to earn payments from others. The membership includes access to a digital products library and advertising credits. These credits permit displaying ads on The PLR System website.

The compensation plan operates as a direct peer-to-peer gifting system. Affiliates gift payments of $10, $25, and $50 to each other. Making these payments qualifies an affiliate to receive payments from subsequently recruited members.

Payments within The PLR System are tracked through a two-tier 4x1 matrix cycler. This structure requires four positions to be filled beneath a participant before that participant receives a payout. Each purchased position enters a company-wide matrix. Positions fill as other PLR System affiliates purchase their commission qualifications.

For example, a $25 payment yields a $100 payout once four subsequent positions fill. A $50 payment results in a $200 payout after four positions fill. Additionally, a $10 payment can go to the recruiting affiliate. This payment qualifies the payer to receive $10 from any affiliates they recruit.

Joining The PLR System costs $10 for affiliate membership. Full participation in the income opportunity requires an additional minimum payment of $85, covering the $10, $25, and $50 gifting levels.

Johnny Ganoza appears to have disregarded the regulatory actions against schemes like Achieve Community. He launched The PLR System as another direct gifting scheme. Ganoza collects $10 monthly from each participant, alongside earnings from his own positions within the compensation plan. The digital products and advertising credits are secondary to the core gifting operation.

Like all cash gifting schemes, payments stop when new affiliate recruitment slows. In a matrix-based system, this means cycling takes progressively longer. Payments eventually cease entirely, signaling the collapse of The PLR System. Affiliates who have not recovered their initial funds ultimately lose money.
