Bob Bremner launched The Legends Network in early 2014 from a suite address in Virginia. Bremner, the company's CEO and founder, previously built a large downline in the multi-level marketing sector.

His career began in 1984 after attending an A L Williams opportunity meeting, where he started a part-time business in life insurance and securities. In 1990, Bremner joined Consumer Buyline, an MLM startup, and within 18 months developed a downline exceeding 200,000 people. He later founded Nutronix, an MLM company specializing in nutritional supplements, in 1999 and continues to serve as its CEO.

Bremner’s name appears as CEO on various Nutronix marketing materials, though it is absent from the company’s official "About Us" website page. Nutronix's flagship product is a "Silver Solution," which the company describes as a 14 ppm concentration nano-particulate solution, effective and non-toxic.

The Legends Network itself offers no specific products for sale. Affiliates primarily market memberships to the company. This membership provides access to webinars, recordings, and an audio library.

The Legends Network compensation plan centers on affiliate recruitment and monthly membership fees. Commissions are paid out through a 2x15 matrix, with affiliates earning additional matrix positions by meeting specific recruitment quotas.

Recruitment commissions operate on a 2-up structure. An affiliate's first two recruits are passed up to their upline, generating a $50 commission for that upline. The original affiliate then earns $80 for every recruit made after these initial two. A $30 coded bonus applies to the third recruit of any passed-up affiliate, and for all subsequent recruits from that lineage. A $30 matching bonus also pays out on affiliates recruited by any subsequent affiliate after their own first two recruits are passed up.

Residual commissions are paid using a 2x15 matrix. This structure places an affiliate at the top, with two positions directly below them on level one. Each of these two positions then branches out into two more positions on level two. This pattern of doubling positions per level continues down through fifteen levels.
