Peter Ong, identified as the CEO of SureWin4u, faced arrest in 2013 for impersonating a Malaysian royal family member, "Tengku Ong." He used the alias to secure discounted hotel rooms reserved for government officials. SureWin4u, operating from Malaysia and launched around 2011, offers baccarat strategies as an investment.

Ong's SureWin4u corporate biography claims he created a network sales model for the insurance industry in 2009, becoming a top regional manager. The biography does not name the company. It also mentions a "coffee shop franchise concept" that supposedly generated 300 million MYR in revenue. Ong was also described as "Malaysia's youngest Crown champion in the history of the direct sales industry at the age of 20."

SureWin4u sells no retailable products or services. Affiliates invest in the scheme to gain access to casino "classes." These classes teach baccarat strategies. SureWin4u claims a 99.8% success rate for lower-level investors and a 100% success rate for higher-level investors. The company maintains that using these strategies constitutes "non-gambling."

The SureWin4u compensation plan involves affiliates investing at one of six levels. Bronze requires 7200 MYR ($2247 USD). Silver costs 18,000 MYR ($5619 USD). Silver Platinum is 53,800 MYR ($16,796 USD). Gold investments reach 178,800 MYR ($55,822 USD). Gold Platinum requires 376,200 MYR ($117,452 USD). The Property level demands 340,200 MYR ($106,212 USD).

Once an affiliate invests, they qualify for quarterly commission payouts. These occur on the 15th of January, April, July, and October. Advertised monthly ROIs vary by investment level.
