SquareOne co-founder Travis Bradley Martin has been arrested on child sex charges.

Martin was arrested on January 8th, 2025 by the Lehi PD in Utah.

Five charges have been laid against Martin:

aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor

dealing in material harmful to a minor

aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor

sodomy on a child; and

rape of a child

As of January 15th, Martin is being held at Utah County Jail.

Due to the nature of the charges Martin is ineligible for bail.

SquareOne launched in late 2024 and, in addition to Martin, counts Alyssa Cowart, Shawn Gibson and Gavin Collier as co-founders.

Alyssa Cowart is a former Truvision Health distributor

Shawn Gibson is a Truvision Health co-founder

Gavin Collier is a Utah-based attorney with ties to product formulation companies

Truvision Health was rebooted as

ActivGreens and AMP-K Greens appear to be manufactured at a local facility in Utah. And I suspect Martin is heavily involved in the production of both.

To that end, what effect Martin’s arrest will have on SquareOne and Against All Odds going forward remains to be seen.

Statement from SquareOne co-founder Gavin Collier:

Travis is not associated with our company any further legally and will have no affiliation moving forward.

Additionally, all formulations always belonged to the legal entity Square One Nutraceuticals, LLC., and Travis’s departure will have no impact on our ability to formulate as he had no involvement in creating our current formulations.
