Skyway Capital has received an “illegal investment” fraud warning from Russia.

As per
the Central Bank of Russia’s March 13th warning
, Skyway Capital exhibits “signs of a financial pyramid [and] illegal investment [scheme].

The Central Bank of Russia (CBR) cites Skyway Capital (as Skyway), Sky World Community and SWC.

Associated Skyway Capital website domains include:

skyway.link-stats.site – defunct, redirects to “swc.capital”

swc.capital – Sky World Community marketing website

swc-capital.com – appears to be promoter log in for Sky World Community

skyway-capital.com – defunct, redirects to “swc.capital”

A number of Skyway Capital vKontakte social media profiles and groups are also referenced.

Skyway Capital
is a long-running Ponzi scheme launched by Anatoly Unitsky in 2014. The general Skyway Capital ruse is illegal solicitation of investment into monorail transport technology.

Outside of miniature models, CGI marketing videos and a demo in Belarus that crawled along at a snail’s pace, Skyway Capital’s monorail technology has never been deployed.

This of course doesn’t stop Skyway Capital and its spinoffs pitching consumers on wild returns. With no verifiable source of revenue in over a decade, it’s pretty obvious all Skyway Capital has ever done is recycle invested funds to pay ROI withdrawals.

Unitsky, a Russian national, is believed to have fled Russia. Unitsky now spends his time between Belarus and Dubai.

The
Skyway Capital Ponzi
has gone by a number of names throughout multiple collapses. Known current iterations include
Unitsky String Technologies
, SWG Global and
Sky World Community
.

Coinciding with CBR’s fraud warning, on February 12th Unitsky announced yet another Skyway Capital reboot; Global Transport Investments Inc. (GTI Inc.).

GTI has been set up on the domain “gti.holdings”. The domain was privately registered in August 2023 but was dormant until very recently.

Coinciding with CBR’s Skyway Capital fraud warning, GTI’s website has been populated with content and is now presented as a shareholder in Unitsky String Technologies.

As of March 2026, “swc.capital” appears to be Skyway Capital’s primary website domain. In February 2026, SimilarWeb tracked ~29,700 monthly Skyway Capital website visits.

Top sources of Skyway Capital website traffic over the same period were Russia (30%), Vietnam (18%), Uzbekistan (10%), Nigeria (8%) and the Czech Republic (6%).

Outside of Russia, Skyway Capital fraud warnings have been issued by
