Graham Frame, operating out of Lincolnshire in the UK, launched SimpleFastCash in March 2013 as a feeder for Empower Network. The program charges affiliates a $5 monthly fee for membership, bundling it with website hosting and "millionaire mindset training."

Frame joined Empower Network approximately one year prior to SimpleFastCash's launch, using the affiliate account "frammie." He uploaded a marketing video to his YouTube channel titled "Why Empower Network Does Not Work!", where he claimed status as a "marketing expert with over forty years experience" and asserted "online success since 1998." He also stated he had "built profitable networks in MLM companies" and "started my own MLM companies online which had done very well."

Joel Therien, founder of Pure Leverage, listed Frame on his "reseller leaderboard" for the week of March 12 to 18, 2013. This appeared in a blog post about Pure Leverage success stories.

Frame's past ventures include "Your Cash Cow," a matrix-based recruitment scheme launched in 2006. This program charged affiliates $10 to participate and appeared to collapse around 2008.

He also founded Cash4Sure.biz in 1998, a business described in promotional material as "thriving" and "still going strong today," reportedly focused on website hosting. This material claimed Frame, an accountant, salesman, and "internationally renowned master hypnotist," started and built many successful businesses. His specialty was clinical hypnosis, services he typically offered for free.

An affiliate described a different experience with Cash4Sure in October 2009. The individual stated their family invested almost $18,000 into the program after promises of a certain return level. But no return ever materialized.

This affiliate reported Frame moved from California to Utah and then left the country for Italy. Frame promised to make good on investments for this family and others. The affiliate felt it would be "a long wait."

SimpleFastCash offers no retailable products or services. Affiliates market only membership to the company itself. Members pay $5 each month for a position in the SimpleFastCash compensation plan. This position includes website hosting, "millionaire mindset training," onsite advertising, and a downline builder.

The SimpleFastCash compensation plan revolves around the purchase.
