Randal Williams launched Resort Cruise Club International in April 2012, registering it under his company, Prosperity Formula LLC. This venture follows a clear pattern established by his earlier schemes, Fast Profits Daily and Profit Racer Pro, both of which collapsed after failing to recruit enough new members.
Williams first appeared publicly in September 2011 as co-founder of Fast Profits Daily. He partnered with Brett Robinson and Scott Chandler, who had just left another recruitment operation called AutoXTen. Fast Profits Daily promised fast cash through a simple model: recruit new members and collect commissions. This structure relied entirely on continuous recruitment. By February 2012, less than six months later, Fast Profits Daily ceased operation. Williams then rebranded it as Profit Racer Pro, maintaining the same unsustainable compensation plan.
All three companies shared an identical flaw. They generated income only when members brought in more members. When recruitment slowed, the money stopped, leading to the company's collapse.
Resort Cruise Club International claims to offer travel booking access. This serves as the membership's primary appeal. Members pay either $25 or $75 for access to third-party travel booking services. The club itself does not book travel, handle transactions, or manage customer service. Members interact directly with travel partners. Resort Cruise Club simply collects fees and distributes them through its network.
The membership itself functions as the sole product. Members earn money only by selling these memberships to others.
The compensation plan details these mechanics. New recruits generate commissions of $25 or $75, depending on their membership tier. Members must recruit at least two new people each month to qualify for any commissions. Every second, fourth, sixth, and eighth sale made by a member is passed up to their upline. In turn, a member receives specific numbered sales from their downline.
A member who buys the cheaper $25 tier can only earn $25 commissions. The remaining $50 from a higher-tier sale goes to their upline. This system actively encourages members to push recruits towards higher membership tiers, allowing the upline to capture more money.
This financial model leads to inevitable collapse. Early recruits typically earn well as the member pool expands. New members invest, expecting commissions. But the market saturates quickly. Recruitment slows, and income dries up for everyone except those at the very top. The vast majority of participants at the bottom lose their initial investment.
Williams has used this exact play before. Both Fast Profits Daily and Profit Racer Pro demonstrated that this model generates quick cash for founders and early participants before it implodes. Resort Cruise Club International replicates this structure under a different name.
