Randy Schroeder, a Kannaway Crown Ambassador, went on an extended rant during a September 4th YouTube video about coverage of TranzactCard's banking problems. The target of his frustration: BehindMLM's reporting on the company's collapse of US banking services.
TranzactCard lost access to its primary banking partner last week, and Schroeder clearly tired of fielding questions about it. "I have had the conversation I'm about to have with you, I've had with multiple people today," he said early in the video. "And I thought to myself you know what, why not have it one more time, make a little YouTube video and send it out to you all."
The banking implosion occurred when Solid severed its relationship with TranzactCard. Schroeder explained the obvious: when Solid cut ties, it also severed TranzactCard's access to Solid's partner bank. That part wasn't news. But Schroeder did confirm that TranzactCard has already lined up replacement banking services. "Contracts have been signed or will be signed," he stated.
That announcement should have been enough. Instead, Schroeder pivoted into a full attack on BehindMLM, the website that has documented TranzactCard's mounting problems.
"There is a website out there called BehindMLM," Schroeder said. "And BehindMLM has decided the thing they should do is write all sorts of negative things about TranzactCard."
The criticism doesn't hold up. BehindMLM has published 8,914 articles total. Only six address TranzactCard. Among those six: "TranzactCard Review: Richard Smith returns with new card opp" and "TranzactCard acknowledges prelaunch is"—which appears incomplete in Schroeder's own reference.
Schroeder claimed that TranzactCard's banking issues stemmed from explosive growth overwhelming Solid's systems. "We wound up not only disrupting our business … it wasn't just our business was being disrupted by this massive number of new accounts, it is that other clients of Solid would be negatively impacted by the overwhelming of the system," he said.
Solid's own uptime graphs tell a different story. The company reports 100 percent uptime with only minor delays on September 3rd. There's no evidence of the kind of system disruption Schroeder described, let alone problems severe enough to force a banking relationship to collapse.
Schroeder's meltdown—his own words—reveals the real pressure cooker inside TranzactCard. The company faces serious structural problems. Its banking infrastructure crumbled. Questions are piling up. And rather than address the actual issues head-on, one of its top promoters spent a YouTube video attacking a website for asking the obvious questions.
