Power Results Academy offers no retail products or services. Members market company memberships to others. Monthly membership bundles access to marketing and training materials, including software and videos.
Membership costs come in two tiers. The "Premium Training & Software Suite" is $49.95 per month. The "Springboard Automation Suite" costs $99.95 per month. Members can also pay an additional $299 for "over the shoulder training and coaching" through the "PRA - Interact Program."
The company's compensation plan relies on recruitment-based commissions and bonuses. Power Results Academy has four membership ranks: Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond.
To reach Silver, a member must recruit two new members. Gold requires recruiting 15 new members or having two personally recruited Silver members in a downline. Platinum members need at least 200 downline members across seven levels and either 50 personally recruited members or two personally recruited Gold members. Diamond status requires at least 450 downline members across seven levels and either 120 personally recruited members or two personally recruited Platinum members.
Power Results Academy pays direct recruitment commissions monthly as long as recruited members pay their fees. The specific membership option chosen by new recruits does not change the commission rate. The company uses a unilevel compensation structure, paying down seven levels.
In this structure, the recruiting member sits at the top. Personally recruited members are on level one. If level one members recruit new members, those are placed on level two, and so on.
For "Premium Training & Software Suite" members, commissions are: $16.50 for Level 1, $5 for Level 2, $2 for Level 3, $1 for Levels 4 and 5, and $1.50 for Levels 6 and 7.
"Springboard Automation Suite" members receive higher commissions: $33 for Level 1, $10 for Level 2, $4 for Level 3, $2 for Levels 4 and 5, and $3 for Levels 6 and 7.
The "PRA - Interact" program, a one-time fee, generates a one-time commission. These commissions are paid through a five-level unilevel structure: $125 for Level 1, $40 for Level 2, $25 for Level 3, and $10 for Levels 4 and 5.
Each month, Power Results Academy allocates 1% of all membership fees into a Platinum Bonus Pool. Members must achieve the "Platinum" rank to qualify for a share of this pool. A Diamond Bonus Pool also exists, operating similarly to the Platinum Bonus Pool.
