My Protect Online, a company operating from Quezon City, Philippines, claims to support Filipinos worldwide with health and livelihood programs. Its official registration documents, however, display the name "MyProtectLine INTL Company," a distinct entity from the widely used "My Protect Online." The Philippine SEC website confirms the registration for "MyProtectLine INTL Company" but offers no explanation for the name discrepancy.

The SEC filing further lists the company's business activities as textile wholesale, clothing footwear, and hardware sales. These registered lines of business do not include online operations or multi-level marketing, which form the core of My Protect Online's public presence. The company's actual online activities remain unregistered in its official paperwork.

Leadership details also show inconsistencies. Noel Soriano is named President and Jenny Luna as Vice-President. But a Facebook profile, "Brilliant Mind," claims to be the CEO and President of My Protect Online. It is unclear if this profile belongs to Soriano or another individual entirely.

Jason Barinaga holds the domain registration for myprotect-online.com. His listed address is in Rizal province, which differs from the corporate office address provided on My Protect Online's own website. Barinaga's role and his connection to the company's operations are not explained.

The company offers no tangible products for affiliates to sell to customers. Instead, members can only recruit new individuals who pay a fee to join. Recruits gain access to an e-book library, but the company does not disclose the specific titles or content within this collection.

The compensation structure depends entirely on new sign-ups. The company employs what it calls a "1-up, matrix, binary and profit-sharing" system. New recruits pay to join, and their recruiters earn commissions. An affiliate receives ₱100, or about $23 USD, for their first recruit. They earn nothing for the second recruit. Subsequent recruits pay ₱400, or about $92 USD, to the recruiter.

This model allows individuals at the top to profit by bringing in those below them. New recruits can only earn money by recruiting more people themselves. Such a chain inevitably collapses when the supply of new recruits runs out. My Protect Online exhibits every hallmark of a pyramid scheme disguised as a legitimate business operation.
