Mr. Link IT Solutions, a company claiming Japanese origins, appears to operate primarily from Brazil, driven by Emerson Horoyuki de Queiroz, a suspected TelexFree affiliate. The company's official "About Us" page, defaulting to Portuguese, states Mr. Link IT Solutions began in Japan in 2000 under the name Skynet. It claims to have served Japanese and Brazilian markets, expanding into product exports by 2005.
The website lists three "bases" in Brazil, Japan, and China. Its Japanese base supposedly started in May 2005 with five employees and initial capital of 3 million yen. However, little evidence connects Mr. Link to Japan, beyond a potential effort to shield assets from Brazilian authorities. China is identified only as a warehouse facility.
The domain "mrlink.co.jp" was registered on March 26, 2014, under "keirosu hiroyuki." This name does not appear elsewhere online in connection with Mr. Link. An email address used for this domain, "mr_ehq@hotmail.com," better matches Emerson Queiroz. This suggests Queiroz, a Brazilian expat, might be the link to Japan.
The related domain "mrlink.com.br" redirects to "mrlink.co.jp" and confirms Emerson Horoyuki de Queiroz as the registrant. The name "Horoyuki" aligns with "keirosu hiroyuki," possibly an alias. This registration lists a different email address, "marciagabriela.Bio@hotmail.com." Queiroz used this "marcia" email in a March 2013 lecture application to the Federation of Industries of the State of Mato Grosso, identifying himself as Mr. Link's administrator. Mato Grosso is in Brazil, indicating Queiroz likely remains based there.
Queiroz's YouTube account subscribes to "Sou TelexFREE," a pro-TelexFree Ponzi scheme channel. TelexFree, Brazil's largest Ponzi scheme, was shut down by Brazilian regulators in June 2013 and the SEC in the US in April 2014. Queiroz's subscription suggests his involvement as an affiliate investor.
Mr. Link IT Solutions offers no retailable products or services. Instead, it markets four investment "plans" to affiliates: Kojin ($200), Yugen ($600), Kabushiki ($1000), and Interprise ($2000). Each plan includes a "course on importing from Japan, China, and the United States" and access to suppliers for product resale.
The compensation plan centers on these investment plans. Affiliates earn weekly ROIs of 5% if they post daily advertisements for Mr. Link online. A Kojin plan ($200) pays $10 weekly ($520 total ROI); Yugen ($600) pays $30 weekly ($1560 total ROI); Kabushiki ($1000) pays $50 weekly ($2600 total ROI); and Interprise ($2000) pays $100 weekly ($5200 total ROI). Recruitment commissions are paid at 7.5% of the money invested by personally recruited affiliates.
