James Ross Croyle, identified as the CEO of multiple crypto Ponzi schemes, fronts DAC Platform, the third iteration of a scam that began as MetaHub Finance. This series of operations, despite Croyle's reported residence in Singapore, shows strong operational ties to Vietnam and has defrauded investors across Southeast Asia.
MetaHub Finance initially presented as an MLM crypto Ponzi built around its MEN token. Daily Exposed reviewed the platform on September 2, 2024. Vietnamese media began reporting on the fraud by September 9, 2024, debunking its marketing claims by September 23, 2024. The scheme then collapsed between late September and early November 2024.
The Ponzi quickly rebooted as MetaHub Global. This new entity operated from "metahub.global," a domain registered on November 23, 2024. Dennis Poh Wei Song of Auralink Labs PTE LTD registered the domain to a Singapore address. MetaHub Global lasted only a few months before it also collapsed.
The current reboot, DAC Platform, maintains Croyle as its stated CEO. DAC Platform uses two primary website domains: "dac.global," privately registered on March 31, 2025, and "dac.community," privately registered on November 13, 2024. Its marketing materials speak of "MetaCitizens," "XP," and "daily tasks," suggesting a new "gaming" facade to attract participants.
Beneath this facade, DAC Platform continues to operate a MEN token Ponzi scheme. It pitches consumers on daily rewards ranging from 0.1% to 0.6% of their "Total Mintable Tokens" for staking MEN tokens, a process marketed as "MetaMinting." An unregistered "node" investment scheme also offers up to 0.6% daily returns. The smart contract architecture, often touted in Web3, here serves to facilitate these unsustainable payouts.
As of April 2025, SimilarWeb data tracked approximately 465 monthly visits to DAC Platform's website. All of this traffic originated from Indonesia. These visitors were likely previous MetaHub Finance and MetaHub Global investors attempting to locate their funds or understand the new iteration.
By September 16, 2025, DAC Platform's "community" domain redirected to "app.decenter.ai," indicating another reboot under the name DeCenter Global. The DeCenter Global website domain was registered in May 2025, with its private registration last updated on August 12, 2025.
DeCenter Global's website Terms and Conditions mention a new "AIDC Token." This token is described as the utility for the "DeCenter ecosystem," intended for staking, rewards, vouchers, and governance. No specific details about the AIDC Token are publicly available on the DeCenter Global website.
The MEN token, central to the earlier schemes, traded at $0.002430 on September 16, 2025. This price represents a 98.78% all-time loss from its May 2025 price of $0.008. Consumers can report suspected cryptocurrency investment fraud to the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).
