Level One Network, led by CEO Dan Miller, began its prelaunch in late February 2013. The company, which offers a $29 monthly blogging platform, lists no direct contact information on its website. Domain registration records for the company point to an address located in Minnesota.

Miller has claimed over a decade of involvement in online marketing during official company webinars. He also serves as CEO of Click Marketing Inc., which appears to be his parent company used to launch other ventures.

Before Level One Network, Miller launched Lead Net Pro in October 2010. This opportunity remains active today. Lead Net Pro is a $300 tool designed for "harvesting and extraction," which scrapes the internet for names, addresses, emails, and phone numbers constantly.

Affiliates use this scraped information for mass mailing campaigns. A phone broadcasting service also allows Lead Net Pro affiliates to call owners of the harvested information to market to them. The compensation plan for Lead Net Pro pays affiliates 100% ($300) commissions for each new affiliate they recruit.

Level One Network's main product is its $29 per month blogging platform, built on WordPress. WordPress itself is a free, open-source platform maintained by the WordPress Foundation.

Level One Network sells additional marketing tools to its affiliates. SEO Pro Direct, priced at $99, claims to create "gateway pages" to manipulate search engine rankings. The company states that using this software can lead to "page one ranks" easily.

PDF Pro Express costs $199 and allows affiliates to create PDF files. The Master Training Series, at $599, is described as an "in-depth training course teaching advanced techniques to maximize any affiliate program."

The Level One Network compensation plan mirrors that of Lead Net Pro. Affiliates pass up 100% commission sales to their uplines, and they also receive 100% commissions from their downlines. For the blogging network, an affiliate pays their initial fee entirely to their upline.

After joining, an affiliate earns a 100% commission from their first recruited affiliate who purchases the mandatory blogging system. The second sale an affiliate makes is passed up 100% to their upline. Then, every fifth sale, counting from the initial first sale, is also passed up to their upline. This commission structure applies identically across all product tiers, requiring each affiliate to make two sales of each product to qualify for future commissions.
