Rémy Nurdin, a 26-year-old entrepreneur, is reportedly behind Legacy Group, a cryptocurrency MLM scheme operating from Dubai. Nurdin, known online as "Remy Capital," has a history of promoting unregistered financial schemes, including Prime Academy Global and the Be Club pyramid scheme.
Legacy Group’s website, legacy-group.io, uses a privately registered domain from August 18th, 2025. The site defaults to French, indicating French speakers are involved in its operation, aligning with marketing presentations delivered in the same language.
The scheme is linked to several corporate entities. Legacy Quantum LTD, a UK shell company, was registered on July 7th, 2025, with Josue Gabriel listed as its incorporator. Altior Capital, operating at altior-capital.io, and Vantis Labs, at vantis-labs.io, were both privately registered on August 18th and October 24th, 2025, respectively. Nurdin has appeared on Legacy Group webinars via a Zoom account identified as "Vantis Labs." A press release earlier this month named Nurdin as the founder of Vantis Labs, claiming the firm has generated over $10 million in profits and is at the forefront of financial innovation.
Nurdin also claims ownership of "Prime," which appears to be Prime Academy Global, a forex trading scheme he launched in late 2023. While Prime Academy Global’s website remains active, its official Facebook page was abandoned in September 2024. Nurdin’s prior involvement includes promoting the Be Club pyramid scheme, which later transitioned into a fraudulent investment scheme. Prime Academy Global seems to be a replication of Be Club. Nurdin, originally from France, is now based in Dubai, according to his Facebook profile.
Josue Gabriel also appears on Legacy Group webinars, though his online presence is minimal, raising suspicions. The lack of an MLM digital footprint for Gabriel suggests he might be a nominal figurehead, with Nurdin controlling the operation. Given Nurdin’s Dubai base, it is highly probable that Legacy Group and its associated companies are also managed from the emirate. Dubai has become a hub for scams due to lax enforcement of securities fraud regulations, leading ScamTelegraph to consider it the MLM crime capital of the world. Our guidelines for operating in Dubai are strict: individuals from Dubai offering MLM opportunities are likely scammers, and any MLM company with ties to or based in Dubai should be considered a scam.
Legacy Group offers no retailable products or services. Participants can only market promoter memberships. The compensation structure involves promoters buying ALX tokens with USDT. These tokens are then invested in Legacy Group’s staking scheme, promising returns of up to 12% monthly.
