Looks like someone over at Kairos Technologies recently acquired The Book of Ponzi Excuses 101.

Over the last few weeks Kairos Technologies has had trouble paying affiliates. In addition to affiliate accounts randomly not working, last week the Kairos Technologies backoffice went offline.

The company also
lost ePayments as a processor
, which it replaced with Paysera, a small Lithuanian processor.

As these changes were being implemented, Kairos Technologies also limited affiliate withdrawals to preset amounts once a month.

On the Kairos Technologies website, the last three news items are all related to affiliate payment problems.

As a result of ongoing problems with affiliate payments, on August 26th Kairos Technologies announced it was extending the current withdrawal request period.

The same day a second news item went out, warning affiliates of “technical problems” pertaining to “compensation calculation” for August 23rd to 25th.

Participants of KairosPlanet Extended Affiliate Marketing Program received compensation of return of Guarantee payment and income for rent of computing resources, provided that they have had KairosPlanet Application running on their personal computers during the indicated dates.

Accounts of Participants, noticed in violation of terms and conditions of the agreement, have been excluded from the compensation list.

Restrictions have been applied to Participants related to illegal usage of KairosPlanet software and its protocols.

This sounds innocent enough, just a bit of housekeeping, but it was followed up on August 30th by “The system is under attack”.

Operation of KairosPlanet Application is temporarily limited due to an attack by malicious users.

Our engineers are working to resolve the problem and the situation is gradually stabilizing.

Processor problems, payment problems, rogue affiliate problems and now malicious user problems… it’s all a bit much, isn’t it.

The company also just passed two years of operation, which is the typical time-frame for an online Ponzi scheme collapse.
