T. LeMont Silver, a JubiRev affiliate, was named a "Video Manager" in a March 30, 2012 lawsuit filed by eAdGear against JubiRev and former President Randal Williams. This designation revealed Silver's executive role within the company, extending beyond his public affiliate status.
Silver produced the majority of JubiRev's affiliate training videos. He also hosted most of the company's training and marketing calls, along with its webinars. Silver attended JubiRev's "JubiMeeting" on March 6th, sitting alone in the front row.
Silver announced he and his wife would leave the country for several weeks. He described it as "a very important trip" planned before the "heat with what we're doing with JubiRev/JubiMax."
Silver later specified he traveled to Chile for an "off-shore tactics workshop." He stated the workshop involved an individual he followed for "great investment information" named "Simon Black."
Simon Black operates the website "Sovereign Man," describing himself as an "international entrepreneur and investor" seeking "personal and economic opportunities." A forum poster on The Survival Podcast, "wordsdontmatter," identified Simon Black as Ragini Dhanvantray. Dhanvantray was convicted in Singapore in 2010 for filing "false lodgements."
During a recent call, Silver encouraged JubiRev affiliates to "do what they must to start off at $200 a month." He also advised them to "purchase as many JubiBucks as your resources allow." JubiRev President J. Joshua Beistle was scheduled to host webinars in Silver's absence.
