I’m prefacing this article by by stating both Immunotec and My Daily Choice are obfuscating the nature of their recent business arrangement. As such there’s a bit of guess work on my part, but I’m pretty sure I’ve nailed what’s going on.
On November 17th Immunotec “welcomed” My Daily Choice owner Josh Zwagil to the company:
Note for some reason Immunotec has two Instagram profiles; Immunotec and ImmunotecPro. No idea what’s going on there, kind of confusing.
Anyway, from the
ImmunotecPro
post;
@realjoshzwagil is joining us as an ImmunotecPro, bringing his experience and energy to help strengthen our mission of improving lives through science and human connection!
Taken as is, Zwagil is joining Immunotec as a promoter. And because Zwagil is owner of My Daily Choice and sits at the top of the MLM company, he’s importing everyone in My Daily Choice under his new Immunotec position.
How high up Immunotec’s MLM genealogy Zwagil’s new position sits is unclear. Ditto whether any money changed hands and how much.
Reading between the lines;
Zwagil likely received an upfront payment with a possible performance contingency bonus, this will be based on My Daily Choice promoters driving sales revenue for Immunotec
For Zwagil to take the deal, My Daily Choice probably wasn’t going so well (~38,700 monthly website visits per SimilarWeb for Oct 2025)
this doesn’t appear to be an outright acquisition, but it’s probably that at some point Immunotec will obtain the rights to what’s left of My Daily Choice (this could tie into a performance contingency bonus)
Both Immunotec and My Daily Choice are pretending an MLM company owner signing up for another MLM company is totally normal. It’s not, and that plainly obvious fact is probably driving underlying uncertainty.
Zwagil’s pivot from
nutritional supplements
to
securities fraud
has been weird to watch. Then there was the whole selling other company’s products through MDC Marketplace.
Contractual commitments to Immunotec aside, if Zwagil wants out then get out. Sell the company and go full-time with securities fraud or whatever else it is you want do. Zwagil recently separated from his wife, who he co-founded My Daily Choice with (and
who’s now the face of a Dubai Ponzi scheme
herself), so maybe this is the exit-plan.
Milking the cow on the way out comes off as a bit of a scummy way to do it though. That could be cleared up with transparency on what exactly Zwagil signing up as an Immunotec promoter is, but that hasn’t happened.
If I was in My Daily Choice I’d want to know what exactly Zwagil sold off, both already and contractually in the future. What is the terms of the contract regarding Zwagil sticking around and pushing My Daily Choice promoters to make sales for Immunotec?
Seems a bit shifty to withhold that information – especially seeing as the people’s you’re relying on aren’t going to see anything extra for their efforts.
Is My Daily Choice going to wind down at some point? What abou
🤖 Quick Answer
What is the reported business arrangement between Josh Zwagil and Immunotec?In late 2024, Immunotec publicly welcomed Josh Zwagil, owner of the multilevel marketing company My Daily Choice, as an "ImmunotecPro" promoter. Industry observers noted that both companies provided limited transparency regarding the precise nature of the arrangement, leading to speculation that My Daily Choice was effectively being enrolled under Immunotec's network marketing structure.
