Jamberry Nails has updated its compensation plan for its network of independent sales consultants, a move that comes over three and a half years after the company's initial review. The company, which sells nail wraps, operates as a multi-level marketing (MLM) entity, relying on its distributors to both sell products and recruit new sales representatives.

Affiliates must meet specific sales targets to earn commissions. The current structure requires a minimum of 200 Personal Volume (PV) units per month. PV encompasses sales generated from an affiliate's direct purchases and those of their retail customers. This qualification threshold does not extend to commissions earned solely from retail sales.

The Jamberry compensation framework features thirteen distinct affiliate ranks. Advancement through these ranks depends on a combination of personal sales volume, the number of actively maintained downline affiliates, and the total revenue volume generated by the affiliate's team.

The entry-level rank is Consultant, requiring no specific qualifications beyond signing up. To become an Advanced Consultant, an affiliate needs to achieve 200 PV monthly and sponsor at least one active affiliate. The Senior Consultant rank demands 300 PV monthly and the maintenance of two sponsored affiliates.

Further up the ladder, Lead Consultants must generate 400 PV monthly, maintain two sponsored affiliates, and oversee a downline that produces at least 1500 TRV (Total Retail Volume). Senior Lead Consultants require 500 PV, three sponsored affiliates (one of whom must be Advanced Consultant or higher), and a downline TRV of 3000.

Premier Consultants need 600 PV monthly, four sponsored affiliates (two of whom must be Senior Consultants or higher), and a downline TRV of 5000. Team Managers must achieve 700 PV monthly, maintain five sponsored affiliates (two of whom must be Lead Consultants or higher), and lead a downline generating 8000 TRV.

The Senior Team Manager rank also requires 700 PV monthly and five sponsored affiliates, but with specific requirements for the downline structure: two must be Senior Lead Consultants, and one must be a Premier Consultant or higher. The downline TRV requirement remains 8000.

Executive rank demands 700 PV monthly and five sponsored affiliates, with two needing to be Team Managers or higher. This rank also introduces a Group Volume (GV) requirement of 30,000, in addition to the 8000 TRV. Senior Executives must also achieve 700 PV and maintain five sponsored affiliates, including one Team Manager and one Senior Team Manager, with downline TRV at 8000 and GV at 50,000. The Lead Executive rank requires 700 PV monthly, five sponsored affiliates including two Team Managers or higher and one Executive, and a downline generating 8000 TRV.

The compensation plan details for Lead Executive and higher ranks were not fully provided in the available information.
