iWowWe implemented significant adjustments to its compensation plan effective October 1, 2011. The changes introduced new joining options, a system of membership ranks, and modifications to existing bonus structures. These updates aimed to expand the previous plan, according to company statements.
Previously, new members had a single entry point costing $69.95 to join and a $19.95 monthly fee for video conferencing. The revised plan offers two distinct packages. The Basic Package requires a $75 upfront payment and a $20 monthly subscription. It provides video conferencing for up to 100 users, allowing 500 video emails daily with up to 50 recipients per email.
The Premium Package costs $195 upfront with the same $20 monthly subscription. This package also supports 100 users for video conferencing but expands video email capacity to 10,000 daily messages, each reaching up to 1,000 recipients. Premium members also gain access to iWowWe's "Advanced Internet Marketing" resources and one "custom signature trailer."
A new membership rank system also debuted with the October plan changes. Before this update, iWowWe members primarily focused on filling their matrix. The new ranks require members to actively expand and support their downline network.
The entry-level position is Affiliate, awarded upon joining. To achieve Director status, a member must personally sponsor three affiliates who purchase either a Basic or Premium Package. Senior Director requires personally sponsoring at least six affiliates with a Basic or Premium Package. Executive Director status demands personally sponsoring at least nine such affiliates.
Advancement continues with Executive Director II, which requires three personally sponsored affiliates to reach Executive Director rank. Executive Director III needs six personally sponsored affiliates to achieve Executive Director status. The Field Vice President rank is reached when nine personally sponsored affiliates become Executive Directors, coupled with a minimum of 1000 active affiliates within the member's matrix.
Other changes include a new infinity override bonus, revisions to the retail commissions structure, and an expansion of the existing 3x7 matrix to a 3x9 model. The matching bonus structure also received adjustments.
