The latest warning was issued by the Ontario Securities Commission.

The use of actors suggests ties to eastern Europe, however so far only IPCapital representatives from Singapore have appeared on camera.

When it first launched, Intelligence Prime Capital represented it was based out of Ontario, Malaysia.

When BehindMLM pointed out the error in our December review, the address was quickly changed to Ontario, Canada.

Intelligence Prime Capital has no physical presence in Canada.
