In a January 31st petition filing Innov8tive Nutrition disclosed it had between $100,001 to $500,000 in assets but also the same range in liabilities.

Innov8tive Nutrition
is owned by LaCore Enterprises. The company launched in 2016 under the leadership of Heidi and Ken Whitehair.

Dave and Barb Pitcock joined Innov8tive Nutrition in late 2019. By early 2023 the Pitcocks had left Innov8tive Nutrition to launch
Frequense
, another LaCore Enterprises company.

Heidi Whitehair signed Innov8tive Nutrition’s Chapter 11 petition as an authorized representative.

Whether Innov8tive Nutrition’s bankruptcy is reflective of the state of LaCore Enterprises is unclear.

LaCore Enterprises LLC – owed $97,116.96

LaCore Growth Partners – owed $4,962.73

LaCore Logistics LLC – owed $1991.15

Total unsecured claims against Innov8tive Nutrition top $427,398. Total assets are cited at $382,207.95.

$54,638 in distributor commissions Innov8tive Nutrition has yet to pay out is being held in accounts with iPayout and East West Bank.

Of additional note is Inn0v8tive Nutrition being a defendant in two pending lawsuits.

Youngevity
sued Innov8tive Nutrition
in May 2022, alleging the company was fraudulently marketing its products.

Innov8tive Nutrition and LaCore Enterprises
prevailed in a motion to dismiss
in April 2023. Youngevity appealed the decision, with an outcome still pending.

Following its acquisition, LaCore Enterprises
merged Perfectly Posh with Innov8tive Nutrition
in June 2022.

In June 2024 Perfectly Posh founder Ann Dalton
sued LaCore Enterprises and Innov8tive Nutrition
. In her suit Dalton claims mismanagement of Perfectly Posh financially harmed her.

The outcome of Dalton’s lawsuit is also pending.

At time of publication, Innov8tive Nutrition doesn’t appear to have publicly acknowledged its bankruptcy. The company’s official Facebook page hasn’t been updated since January 2nd, 2025.

Update 4th August 2025 – 
Welp, Innov8tive Nutrition is over. On July 3rd Innov8tive Nutrition’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy was converted to a Chapter 7.

A Trustee was appointed the same day and will over see liquidation of what’s left of Innov8tive Nutrition.
