InnoCashAds, an investment scheme with a multi-level marketing structure, launched its website innocashads.com on January 26, 2012. The company does not disclose its owners or operators, keeping the domain registration private. This lack of transparency raises immediate concerns for potential participants.

Many investment schemes operate by generating commissions solely from new member investments. This model creates a mathematical certainty: payouts exceeding 100% of incoming funds will lead to collapse. Without other clear revenue streams, these setups resemble Ponzi schemes.

InnoCashAds runs an internal advertising network. The company sells ad impressions directly, separate from member recruitment. Retail customers can purchase 10,000 impressions of a 468x60 banner or two 125x125 banners for $10.

However, InnoCashAds also bundles advertising credits with member investments. Members buy these investment units for $7 each. The compensation plan promises a guaranteed return on investment across three tiers.

The Silver plan offers a 1% daily return for 150 days, totaling a 150% return. The Gold plan provides 1.5% daily for 100 days, also reaching 150% overall. Platinum offers the highest daily rate at 2% for 75 days, for the same 150% total return. Members must invest in the Silver plan to access Gold, and then in Gold to unlock Platinum.

InnoCashAds also pays referral commissions. Members earn 10% of the money invested by their direct recruits. A 5% commission applies to investments made by recruits of their direct referrals, a second level.

Joining InnoCashAds is free. But to earn any commissions, members must invest money into the scheme. Retail ad block purchases do not require membership.

Publicly, InnoCashAds states it is "an advertising program that not only generates traffic for your opportunities – products and/or services, but also rewards you for advertising with us!" The company also claims, "InnoCashAds.com IS NOT AN INVESTMENT PROGRAM." Yet, the company's own meta keywords for search engines tell a different story. These keywords, chosen by the owner, include terms like "investment program."
