iGalen, a nutritional supplement multi-level marketing company, launched in early 2017 with co-founders Chan Heng Fai and Rajen Manicka at its helm. Both executives hold leadership roles within Holista Colltech Limited, a publicly traded entity. An ASX announcement from February 2015 details iGalen's Malaysian origins and its subsequent supply contract with Holista.

Holista merged with CollTech Australia Ltd. between February 2015 and late 2017, forming Holista Colltech. This entity, headquartered in Perth with significant Malaysian operations, acquired a 47% stake in iGalen for a nominal $1 in September 2017. iGalen’s primary shareholder is Singapore eDevelopment Limited, also led by Holista Colltech executive Chan Heng Fai. While iGalen lists a Florida address, its operations appear largely based in Malaysia, suggesting a deep corporate intertwining with Holista Colltech.

Singapore eDevelopment Limited conducts its network marketing through Health Wealth Happiness. Through this channel, Chan Heng Fai also appears to have business interests in Elepreneurs and Elevacity. Rajen Manicka, conversely, shows no apparent prior involvement in the multi-level marketing sector.

iGalen offers two primary nutritional supplements: Uncarb and Gennisi. Uncarb is promoted as a "carbohydrate optimizer" containing a patented blend designed to mitigate carbohydrate effects and provide sustained energy. The product, comprising 80 capsules, was recently introduced following a legal dispute involving a similar product, Emulin. Holista Colltech sued ATM Metabolics and Milton Joseph Ahrens, alleging breaches of a distribution agreement and interference with customer relationships. iGalen's website addresses the distinction between Uncarb and Emulin, noting Uncarb's inclusion of an onion extract alongside other metabolic compounds, though comparative efficacy remains unstated.

Gennisi, an algae-based supplement, is marketed for anti-aging and skin repair, claiming to stimulate stem cell production. Both Uncarb and Gennisi retail at $79.95 per unit.

The iGalen compensation plan incentivizes affiliate recruitment and ongoing product purchases. Affiliates must enroll in autoship and buy products every four weeks to qualify for commissions. While retail sales are possible, the plan's structure heavily favors commissions derived from recruited affiliates’ purchases.

Affiliate ranks and qualification costs are tiered. A Distributor rank requires purchasing one product every eight weeks at $79.95. Higher ranks, like Bronze (three products for $215.87) through Platinum (twenty products for $1039.35), demand progressively larger product purchases.

Retail commissions are calculated as the difference between wholesale and retail prices, capped at 35%. The exact mechanism for Distributor rank retail commissions is unclear, as their purchase price matches the retail customer cost.

Recruitment commissions are paid based on the rank of the newly recruited affiliate. A 5% commission is awarded for recruiting a Distributor, increasing to 7.5% for Bronze, 10% for Silver, and a significant 25% for recruiting a Gold affiliate.
