Jeffrey Evers, also known as Jeff Evers, launched iClubBiz in April 2013 from Iowa. The company operates within the travel club multi-level marketing sector, selling memberships rather than traditional retail services.

Evers claims he worked on the iClubBiz program for more than a decade. According to the company's "about us" page, he previously started a member benefit company in 2007, a nutraceutical company in 2009, and a travel company in 2010. The company offers no further details on these ventures.

iClubBiz sells no retailable products or services. Instead, affiliates market company memberships. Membership grants access to "Sunset Beach Travel," a travel club also owned by Evers. This is presumably the travel company he launched in 2010. The Sunset Beach Travel website does not offer direct travel services or booking facilities. Its operational status remains unclear.

Two other products are available to affiliates. These appear to be remnants of Evers' 2009 nutraceutical business. Aqualyte, a coral calcium supplement, is added to water. iClubBiz claims Aqualyte transforms drinking water into a "power anti-oxidant" and "neutralizes the chlorine content in tap water." Ionyte, an "organic mineral complex," claims to contain the "lifeforce and energy" of food. Both Aqualyte and Ionyte cost affiliates $75. Aqualyte provides a three-month supply, while Ionyte offers a six-month supply.

The iClubBiz compensation plan centers on selling $75 affiliate memberships and nutraceutical products. Each nutraceutical also costs $75. Affiliates must recruit two new paid members before earning commissions.

Qualified affiliates receive commissions through a binary structure. This system places an affiliate at the top with two legs branching out, creating a left and right team. New affiliate recruitment allows a binary team to grow to unlimited levels. Weekly commissions pay $12.50 when one $75 affiliate payment from the left team matches one from the right team. Unmatched $75 payments carry over to the next week, allowing for future matching.

Commission caps apply based on an affiliate's rank. A "Qualified Affiliate," having recruited two paid members, faces a $1000 weekly cap. A "Director," with four paid recruits, sees their cap increase to $1500 per week.
