Samuel Thomas Gillespie is named as the owner of Greenough Ads, a company launched in early 2014. Its website, greenoughads.com, registered December 3, 2013, provides a UK address. This address, "Tollgate House" in Cardiff, Wales, is listed by Google as a waste transfer station located in an industrial area.
The website offers no further details about Gillespie. Instead, it provides a vague marketing statement: "My Name is SAMUEL THOMAS GILLESPIE the head of a team of admins running these Great Home base website which is an hybrid Program with four powerful sustainable incomes plans." No additional information about Gillespie's involvement in the MLM industry was found.
The use of a fake address, combined with the website's broken English and a generic-sounding administrator name, suggests Gillespie may not exist. Scammers, often operating from Asia, commonly register companies in the UK using false details.
Greenough Ads offers no retailable products or services. Affiliates only market membership to the company itself. Once signed up, affiliates can purchase positions within the Greenough Ads compensation plan, which involves cycler and matrix positions.
The company presents three investment plans. The Platinum plan costs $10 and offers a 1.5% daily return over 100 days. Silver costs $250 for a 2% daily return over 80 days. The VIP plan requires $500 for a 3% daily return over 70 days. Platinum and Silver level investors must view company-supplied advertisements to qualify for their daily returns.
Referral commissions are paid on all affiliate investments, structured down three levels of recruitment. Level 1 pays 7%, Level 2 pays 3%, and Level 3 pays 2%.
Affiliates can also purchase $50 positions in a 2x2 matrix. An affiliate sits at the top of two positions, each branching into two more. When these positions fill, the affiliate receives $30 and a new position in another 2x2 matrix. A new position in Greenough Ads' second-level matrix system is also created. Additional positions generated at the first level pay $150 per cycle but do not create new second-level matrix positions. The second matrix is also a 2x2, paying out $80 upon completion.
