The Green Label Network domain was registered on December 30, 2010, listing Tham Dai Dee, Co. Ltd. as the owner. Domonic Mongello, with an address in Chonburi, Thailand, served as the administrative contact. Mongello later appeared in a YouTube video, credited as a co-founder of the network alongside host Richard Weberg.

Richard Weberg, also featured in early promotional videos, later denied any co-founder role. He stated he never owned or founded any part of Green Label, describing Mongello as a friend with whom he made launch videos. Weberg maintains he holds no stake in the company and had no part in its creation.

Tham Dai Dee, Co. Ltd. has appeared in prior investigations. The company surfaced in a January 2012 discussion concerning a New Zealand Commerce Commission inquiry into Wealth Masters International (WMI). This discussion focused on WMI's marketing operations in Norway after the company faced a ban there.

The domain EcoEcoNow.com emerged during these discussions, linked to former WMI Norwegian affiliates. Readers noted EcoEcoNow.com as a possible cover for WMI activity, with its domain hosted in Pattaya. Another reader, "Aussie," identified EcoEcoNow.org as a "conservation" front offering an "online marketing system" called "PCFmojo" or "Perpetual Conversion Funnel."

This EcoEcoNow.org website claimed support for "Conservation International," though no official affiliation could be found. Comments on the site were primarily made by WMI M3 consultants. The domain pcfmojo.com is registered by Tham Dai Dee Co., Ltd., with both EcoEcoNow and PCFmojo sites hosted on servers in Montreal. An affiliate account published in March directly linked Domonic Mongello to the creation of the PCFmojo marketing system.
