Grigore Turcanu, also known as Greg Turcanu, is identified as the owner of Global Marketing Seven (GMSeven), a company whose website domain was registered on April 28, 2013. Turcanu previously served as President of Skippy Cash Matrix, which later rebranded as Skippy Advertising.

GMSeven's website at gmseven.com provides no ownership information, stating only that details are "coming soon" on its "About Us" page. The domain registration is set to private, further obscuring the company's structure. GMSeven uses SiteLock services to protect its website from hackers, malware, spam, viruses, and scams. SiteLock's registration details identify Grigore Turcanu as the company owner.

Turcanu last appeared in connection with Skippy Cash Matrix, launched in mid-2012. That venture, operating under the premise of selling advertising, paid affiliates for recruiting new members through a series of matrices. Prior to Skippy Cash Matrix, Turcanu was an affiliate marketing EPXBody, a weight-loss product.

By October 2012, Skippy Cash Matrix appeared to be in decline. Turcanu rebranded the company as Skippy Advertising in an attempt to relaunch it. He responded to earlier scrutiny, stating, "I'm From Australia and our Business is legal registered and soon our business will be listed to Direct Sale Association. To know about our Payplan you must first be a member. That is the best MLM concept ever. We are not a game or pyramid scam."

The Skippy Advertising website remains online today. GMSeven's recent launch, however, leaves the operational status of Skippy Advertising unclear.

GMSeven lacks any retailable products or services. Affiliates only market membership to the company itself. Membership bundles include advertising credits, which can display banner and text ads on the GMSeven website. These credits also allow websites to enter a company-run advertising rotator.

The GMSeven compensation plan offers recruitment commissions, along with residual monthly commissions paid through a 7x7 matrix. Two additional bonuses are also part of the plan.

Recruitment commissions depend on the new affiliate's monthly membership fee. GMAffiliates earn $3 for recruiting another GMAffiliate, $7 for a GMLeader, and $10 for a GMMaster. GMLeaders receive $5 for recruiting a GMAffiliate, $10 for another GMLeader, and $17 for a GMMaster. GMMasters earn $7 for recruiting a GMAffiliate, $17 for a GMLeader, and $27 for another GMMaster.

The 7x7 matrix system distributes monthly residual commissions. An affiliate sits at the top of their matrix, with seven positions directly under them at level 1.
