As per a
May 6th paywalled article
from Geenius;

Proceedings against two individuals with lesser roles – Gilbert Pardla and Gustav Poland – were terminated for reasons of expediency.

For Pardla and Poland, the case ended with them having to pay a total of approximately 5,000 euros to the state treasury.

Around the time DagCoin and its attached “Success Factory” marketing arm
collapsed
in 2023, Pardla (right) was named as a
top promoter of The Traders Domain Ponzi scheme
.

Pardla is suspected of stealing almost $60 million through The Traders Domain.

The Traders Domain was an estimated $3.3 billion Ponzi scheme. The CFTC
filed suit against several The Traders Domain scammers
in October 2024.

Pardla was not a named defendant in the CFTC’s lawsuit. As of yet no The Traders Domain criminal charges have been filed.

Getting back to Dagcoin, Nils Grossberg and Kristjan Ress were
arrested in Estonia
in October 2022.

From Geenius;

The criminal file for the two main suspects has moved from the investigative agency to the prosecutor’s office, so there is hope that developments may also occur in the near future regarding Grossberg and Ress.

Since his arrest Ress, aka Kris Ress, has gone underground. In January 2024 Grossberg resurfaced as Head of Global Partnerships at
Xera
, a collapsed MLM crypto mega-Ponzi.

Estonian authorities have yet to put a figure on Dagcoin investor losses.
