Ron Williams launched ForeverGreen in 2004, operating from Utah with international branch offices in Mexico, Colombia, Singapore, Japan, Korea, and the Philippines. Williams, the company's Founder, CEO, and Chairman, brings decades of experience from previous roles in the direct selling industry.

Williams' corporate bio states he has 25 years of industry involvement. This includes positions at Nuskin in the 1980s, Neways from 1992 to 1997 as Vice-President of Sales and Marketing, and Young Living Essential Oils from 1997 to 1998 as a Senior Executive. He also worked with Brain Garden, a health and nutrition company.

Williams founded Brain Garden in 1998. That company was sold a few years later, and Williams then launched ForeverGreen. In 2006, ForeverGreen acquired Brain Garden, integrating its operations into the new company.

ForeverGreen markets a product line that includes "marine phytoplankton" beverages. FrequenSea is one such drink. Azul is another, which also features maqui berry, acai berry, and coconut. The company sells meal-replacement shakes, Fixx and Thunder, described as "organic, chocolate" and "24 Karat Chocolate" respectively.

Other products include Smart Saltz, an impurity-free table salt, and Electrifire, a plant concentrate-based energy drink. The company's wider offerings cover weight-loss, "immunity intelligence," heart and cardiovascular support, phytoplankton-based dietary supplements, hunger management, essential oils, and "organic and clean" raw foods like fruits, nuts, seeds, tubers, and grains. Dark chocolate, hemp seed concentrate, and personal care items also appear in the product range.

Publicly available retail prices for ForeverGreen's product line could not be found.

The ForeverGreen compensation plan offers a series of upfront bonuses. Residual commissions are paid using a unilevel compensation structure. Two bonus pools are also available to affiliates who achieve the company's upper promotion ranks.

One component is the Fast Start Bonus. When a ForeverGreen affiliate recruits a new affiliate, they receive a 20% commission on the new recruit's first product order. To qualify for this bonus, the recruiting affiliate must maintain an autoship order of at least 150 Business Volume (BV) points.

The company also offers an All-In Bonus. An affiliate qualifies by purchasing an "All-In Pack" for $999.95 and maintaining a monthly autoship order of at least 150 BV. This bonus pays out across five levels of affiliate recruitment, starting with the affiliate who recruited the new All-In Pack purchaser.
